Court of Appeal refuses appeal of a decision substituting the plaintiff in the within proceedings, and an appeal from the refusal of the President to review or set aside his substantive judgment, on the grounds, inter alia, that the appellant has not established objectively that there is any substantive issue that could fairly be characterised as being concerned with a denial of constitutional justice in the conduct of the proceedings culminating in the delivery of the judgment; the dominant intention is to effect a collateral attack on the said summary judgment.
High Court refuses an application to quash a decision of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal excluding the applicants,  the children of a man who was fatally shot at his home, from compensation on the grounds of their father's conduct, the court finding that that the applicants had not established the the decision of the Tribunal was ultra vires, and nor had they established that the respondent's decision was unreasonable or that its discretion was fettered.    
Circuit Court allows appeal and grants a married couple's request to amend their Equity Civil Bill and Indorsement of Claim, allowing them to include additional claims related to their dispute with a loan management company over the capitalisation of loan arrears. and also approves the transfer of the case to the High Court, given the amended claim exceeds the monetary jurisdiction of the Circuit Court.
